This pie plate is deep, and perfect for my favorite chicken pot pie recipe. It distributes the heat and bakes the crust so evenly, though I always use a crust edge cover for part of the baking time. This plate has a nice, hefty weight and is so easy to use and clean. I read many reviews of this, and other pie plates on Amazon, but finally decided on this plate. It’s beautiful and practical and worth every penny. It will be the one baking item my daughter will WANT to claim when I’m gone!😆

Beautiful, beautiful! Smooth texture, easy to use and clean. Sturdy but not too heavy. Making a double batch pie is a work in progress though, lol Consider it a good value for such an exquisite piece Could use for many presentations, but am tending to save for special occasions, it's a treasure to me!

Very good quality, sturdy and a pretty presentation with those ruffled edges. Nice and deep for meat or egg recipes.

This is the perfect dish! Properly sized for a pie. Deep enough for a casserole. Easy to clean. Attractive dish that goes easily from oven to table. We are remodeling the kitchen and inadvertently packed all our cookware away. Then we realized we have a convection microwave. Needed a well rounded dish for all purposes, so . . . we bought this little workhorse. We make cinnamon rolls, casseroles, steaks, and more in it. It will be a cornerstone of our new kitchen. Will be buying more of this brand and style!
