I like the rose gold color. Looks exactly like what you see in the photo and it was easy to connect to my Iphone. I can do anything without holding my phone in my hand.

For first 2 months it worked fine.Now for last 7 days no voice on left side. I bought warranty. But no use. When I called they told me to contact manufacturer because warranty would start after 12 months. They would not give the manufacturer's contact information. I called amazon, they told me the vendor, manufacturer are located in China. It's impossible to get in touch with them. So I called amazon again. They gave me a partial refund and I returned. I will never buy any item from a Chinese vendor, even though it was shipped by amazon.

Decent quality for the price. Still working reasonably well despite some abuse.

I brought this item on July 12, 2017 and here it is August 4th, 2017 and the right ear went out. I'm very disappointed in purchasing this item.

The retractable earbud didn't work straight out the box. The earbud wouldn't come all the way out and wouldn't retract either. Very disappointed and will return.

For price this was a great product. I only had 3 issues.1. The auto retract broke on one side.2. The control section broke from the neck piece and it hangs limp.3. My collor sometime would catch the volume controls.The sound and battery life were fantastic

They are amazing. The packaging was great. The quality of the headphones are definitely up to par. I got the pretty rose gold ones. Love them !!!
