The Bogleheads′ Guide to Investing

Highly recommended if you're new to investing. The author offers sound advice that helps you learn how to actually invest your money and not gamble it away. Great advice in general though keep in mind that this is US-centric, but the principles they discuss will apply regardless of your nationality, you might just have to find different index funds or methods to access them, but the Boglehead community already provides an answer for that online for non-US investors.

This book is an excellent read. It explains, in very clear language, a multitude of the many investment tools there are in our world today.

Great book. I bought this book for my friend because its so informative. Basically breaks down investing in simple concepts backed by historical and statistical data. After I read the book, I started investing almost immediately afterwards. This is one of the books that I would recommend anyone interested in the stock market to read first. The book made me feel much more comfortable and secure in investing in the stock market.

Has a good variety of advice across a number of topics.
