They work great and I’ve tried everything including prescription. I take one before bed and the. A half if I wake in the middle of the night to keep going till I’m ready for work. Very good stuff and nightly recommend with no hangover or grogginess in the morning

I’ve had trouble sleeping for my entire life. I can fall asleep, but then I wake up 10 times a night. Using these sublingual tabs allows me to fall asleep and stay asleep all night. They really do make you fall asleep within minutes. I try to stay awake to see how long they’ll take, and I can never make it! It feels like there is some sort of sorcery going on here! At first, I thought they were too expensive, but a dollar a night to fall asleep right away and stay asleep, that’s worth a dollar a night! The only thing I didn’t like about them was the taste. A lot of people like blueberry, I’m not a fan. Plus, it’s a really strong blueberry taste - would be amazing if they made them in raspberry (NOT strawberry - everyone makes strawberry!) or Lemon. But I can tolerate blueberry for a second or two… I just take a drink of water right afterwards.

The first time using this product resulted in a good nights sleep. I had high expectations and was looking forward to sleep. The taste was a delightful strawberry. The second night the taste was not as pleasant it was an offensive licorice flavor. The results were less than expected. Only about 3 hours of sleep. Last night was the worst. 2 hours of light rest not much sleep and the taste was a really nasty strong black licorice taste. Sad to say but this Looks like this was not a good choice for me.

I love these, I was gifted a box a while back and I'm a really bad sleeper so I'll try most things. I have used this as a "reset" button when my sleep gets very off and I can't get it back on track myself. I found that one whole strip I slept super heavy but had very weird dreams and was groggy for way too long in the morning. I open this, rip it in half, push the container sides back together and leave the other half back in the box for the next night (or another couple nights later). The half strip works well for me (I weigh 130lbs, I have a sitting job, and I exercise 1 hour at a time 4-5 times per week), so I get a little more bang for my buck with this product, but it is very expensive if you need a whole strip and use it frequently.

Really works! I have been trying to find a sleep supplement that actually works and this solves all my problems. Super easy to use and I wake up feeling great- not groggy or tired at all. Highly reco!

While the product Works great, their shipping and tracking leave a lot to be desired. It doesn't seem to matter if you order them directly from the MFG or through Amazon. You will have to wait until they arrive to know when they will get to you.

I cannot believe how this is helping me to fall asleep. Tastes a little funny but worth it to sleep through the night.
