These ab mats are great for sit ups and stretching your core. We use ones just like this at my public gym just a different brand. I wanted to do more ab workouts on my own so I purchased this for my home gym. Can’t beat the price and it was delivered very quickly. Also it’s comfortable and helps relieve lower back pain if you have it.

Item works well turning it either way, I prefer it backwards.

Working out at home has always been a challenge. I have an exercise mat. But doing planks & stretches have always been an issue. Bought this wedge and it has eased my lower back pain when I’m on my back.

Makes ab workouts so much better. No pain when on the floor trying to get abs in shape. Nice and supportive, durable. Would recommend.

I used a pad like this at CrossFit and wanted to have the same support while doing sit ups at home. This pad was higher and harder. It gave my back a good stretch, but really was not comfortable at all for sitting up, which was the main goal for me. I am going to return it, sadly.

This is my 3rd attempt at finding an AB MAT that isn't hard as a rock. This one is made very well, great cover and stitching. BUT,.....it is too hard, way too hard. Combine that with a 3 inch max height and and steep slope, even for the gradual sloped side, and it is a disaster to lean back on. I tried it and it protrude way up into the small of my back. So,....the search continues. I know a softer AB MAT exists, I just have to find it. And the three I have tried so far are quality AB MAT, that's not the issue. They are all three just too darn stiff and the slopes are too steep. The one at the gym where I work out is called "FASTER AGAIN" (brand?, I don't know) as printed on the top. It is perfect, made well, sloped just right on both sides, and great foam, not too hard, not too soft. I'm beginning to think the correct AB MAT to get is like a unicorn now, hard if not impossible to find. By the way, after trying three AB MATS, I have found a common term with all three that is apparently key words for indication that it is going to be hard as a rock. The words are: "HIGH DENSITY FOAM". Going forward, I now know to avoid AB MATs that say that in their description. I had such high hopes that this DMoose AB MAT would be the right one because I know DMoose makes great stuff. Sigh,.....the search continues.....

Disappointed that there were no instructions included and no reference to a site where instructions could be downloaded.

When I ordered this mat, I expected a new thing. Instead I’ve got a dusty mat in a dirty nasty box. This thing looks as it was used and returned before it was shipped to me.
