Great board that is not easy to break- just as it should be!
I'm 6'0" and 200 pounds.I have studied a few different martial arts and punch pretty hard.I have broken this board about 10x-------- half of those times it was on my first try, while the other times it took 2 or more tries.If you don't have correct form, accuracy and concentration, you probably won't break it on the first try lol.
