I started taking this supplement mainly for the fertility positives and I read it helps with mood support. I have had so many positive outcomes with this supplement.One of the two major pros have been improved focus & zero cramps during my last cycle. I have had cramps during every cycle I’ve ever had, not this month. And the only thing I have really changed is the addition of this supplement. I also noticed that my hair is better, skin and my muscles feel better after workouts.I cannot say enough good stuff about this supplement.

I got this supplement because of it benefits to memory and muscle support as I get older. I've only been taking them for a few weeks, so haven't noticed a huge difference in my cognitive function but will update if anything changes. I found out about L-Carnitine about 5 years after being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and being EXTREMELY exhausted. I tried prescription medicines but didn't like the way they made me feel. L-Carnitine is a nearly immediate (within an hour) acting natural stimulant, unlike any other, except a few other amino acids. It gives you energy, helps your mood, and helps your muscles work. I like the dosage of this L-Carnitine, as it is enough to give you energy, without making you feel shaky. 900 mg. is a good dose, and you take it whenever you need extra energy! Not a daily pill, unless you are exhausted daily! Contact your doctor before taking any supplement, but this is a safe way to get extra energy, a great mood, and get your muscles working properly!I rate this a great product and also a DEFINITELY BUY IT item!

So I take a lot of stuff and have taken a lot of stuff that totes energy and focus, but I have ADHD, and I really don't notice much that changes that focus or energy to anything noticable, as far as metabolism sort of same thing I won't know until I've dropped like 20lbs which would be very noticeable with my body shape though, but 10lbs I can fluctuate up and down monthly, I did notice I wasn't hungry even after recreational smoking but that could be anything, as far as fertility or anything as I'm not currently sexually active couldn't tell you, what I can say is the serving size of this and size of pill, is perfect 1 pill for a serving, I can dig that medium size I can also dig that, they seem to believe in their product which is also great, so as with all supplements as long as the ingredients are what they say, they may or may not have such affects in everyone and you should definitely consult your primary doctor to make sure all you take meshes well with each other as well as your body chemistry, but I like to keep one supplement at a time with these effects of possible effects in my life so if anything changes by time I run out, I will update and let you know what, but so far pretty much same as all others I keep in rotation, i personally don't notice any change in focus and energy but doesn't mean it's not there as I said I always have least one supplement in my monthly supply with same effects so maybe they all been working slightly and I just haven't noticed. If I do see changed in anything or randomly have a hookup and they become pregnant then well I can vouch for that part about it. They're also suppose to be good for muscle support, but as I don't have much noticeable of that, couldn't vouch with the exception of I have been in less chronic pain even without doing my PT excercises fully and my Physical therapist had sad that my muscles need to build and grow in certain areas to help from being in chronic pain so maybe that part is working or one of my other ones is. Will have to remove one to test this. If you have any concerns with any of the stuff it's suppose to help with though the price is solid for the amount you get and definitely worth checking out for self after consulting doctor.
