Great product and great customer service

We purchased this item thinking it would cool off the screened in porch. This first unit we bought did not work. Since we had discarded the boxing material, we had to pay to have FedEx box it up to send it back. We then received the 2nd item. This also didn’t work. We were told to return the item, however, we got the wrong return label and had to pay a cost to have a new label printed out by FedEx. We have decided to get our money returned. This sounded like a good idea, but after 2 tries, we opted not to try again.

Works great indoors and out. Keeps you cool on the very hot days... don't hesitate buying this portable air cooler.

works well for sitting area

I use this to cool a bedroom that doesn't have great ventilation. It does a great job, even without adding water. Saves us from turning on the air conditioner. I just bought one for another room because I'm so happy with this one.

The media could not be loaded. Very cool looking. Great fan. Mist is great indoors but can’t feel it much outside in the summer here in Arizona. I would definitely recommending though for indoors.

The picture of the fan outside by a pool is what enticed me to make this purchase, since we often get very warm when we’re sitting around our poolside table on hot summer days. The video showing a man coming back from a run all hot and sweaty, being cooled off by this fan made me think it would be great thing to have after mowing the lawn. A nice blast of cool mist seemed like just what we needed, but this device does not deliver that. It’s essentially a cool mist room humidifier attached to a stand-up oscillating fan, so it might be effective at cooling a small room inside the house, but outdoors in the heat? Forget it - a $20 fan from Walmart will do a much better job, even without mist. The remote control is also lacking. I put in two brand-new Duracell batteries (supplied by me; they’re not included), and I had to press each button three times or more to get a response from the fan. Overall, a very disappointing purchase - its back in the box, ready to be returned.
