Works great for my 2006 Ls430.Easy to install and the key accepts 2 socket sizes. Key fits tight and secure. Looks better than the traditional style.

I installed these guys on 2021 Ford Mustang and they have provided me peace of mind. They fit snug and keep my rims locked stopping anyone from stealing them. I am happy that it comes with two size options for different size sockets and that it comes with a sticker that I put in the glovebox if I ever lose the wheel lock key, I can replace the key.Overall, highly satisfied!

When I first bought the car I became obsessed with protecting the wheels from thieves. I'm in law enforcement and my unit specializes in vehicle related thefts. I'm a little more sensitive to this stuff than most people. I did some research and these seemed to make the most sense. They're spline locks that are protected by an outer sleeve that rotates around the splines..The locks themselves are atractive, sturdy, and well made. They stick out a little more than the OEM lugnuts, but it's not very noticable unless you're looking for it. They're also shinier(?) than my OEMs. Didn't like the asymetry so I ordered 4 more sets...all keyed to the same registration so that I only need one key to take off all the locks..Most wheel locks can be defeated by simply hammering a cheap socket over them. Another common method would be to tighten the other lugnuts so as to release the pressure on the wheel lock. These locks appear to be impervious to these methods. A thief can hammer away all day and all he'll engage is the spinning sleeve. I won't go so far as to say that my wheels are now "unstealable," but if anyone knows of an instance where these things were defeated by a thief in the night, I'd LOVE to know how it was done. My mechanic could probably do it, but he'll need power tools, lots of time, and he'll probably make lots of noise..A word about weight...For those of you who are concerned about such things as wheel balance and gas mileage...At first, the Gorilla locks seemed a little heavier than my OEM lugnuts, so I weighed one of them, and then I weighed one of the OEMs. They BOTH weighed in at 72 grams...a perfect match!.One final word...a suggestion really...Always keep at least one key hidden in your car. And by "hidden," I mean NOT in the glove compartment or with the spare or the jack...be creative, but no so much so that you forget where you hid it.

I bought a set of these for our Lexus.Pros: They're VERY secure and very easy to use. (The key inserts nicely and grips positively.) I chose this lock because of the replaceable key! How cool is that?Cons (not a deal-breaker by any means): They're sort of large, so they do stand out as "different" from the other lugs, both in diameter and length. (They've got a nice finish, though.) Also, they're going to be a bear to cut off if you ever lose the key AND don't have the sticker with the key number. Of course anyone with half a brain would just pull out the sticker and stick it in the glove compartment where it should go. However, if you take it to a tire shop for new tires and you hand them an unopened package of these locks, be aware that they will probably THROW ALL THE PACKAGING AWAY, including the sticker!!! And after you think to ask for the sticker, hopefully they will be able to find it in their trash. If not, you are completely out of luck. My advice is to pre-open the package and retrieve the sticker before handing your car over to the tire jocks.All in all, I would highly recommend these. In fact I got a second set for our Mazda. :-)
