False Promises on Turnaround Time – They claim to provide results within a specific timeframe, but it has been over two weeks, and I still have nothing.2. Lack of Communication – Reaching customer service is a nightmare. They either don’t respond or give vague, unhelpful answers.3. Unprofessional & Untrustworthy – This company operates like a pop-up shop rather than a legitimate DNA testing service. If you’re dealing with something as serious as a paternity test, you cannot afford to deal with this level of incompetence.Save yourself the frustration and go with a reputable company that actually delivers on their promises.
