Q: Can you connect 9 fans at once and if so, how many argb/fan headers will that require?

If you would like to connect 9 fans you will need to use two of the hubs that come with the fans (each hub allows 6 fans to be connected) you would connect each of the hubs to a pwm (4 pin fan header) on your motherboard. And then connect the 3 pin via a splitter cable to both hubs to use the aRGB function.

Q: Can you connect argb 5v 3pin strips to one of the available 3 pin ports? Their website says you can add strips but doesn't specify connection type.

Honestly I’d just throw the fans away and invest in a name brand like Corsair I did what you’re asking and the fan control started to smoke in my pc almost costing me $1000

Q: What's the bearing type on these fans? Static pressure?

The box says that they are rifle bearings.
