HonestlyThis has been a total life changer. I have been on it for about a month and a half.I believe that I am estrogen dominant. Of course no Dr told me this , but after much research I concluded that it was one of my biggest issues. For the last year I have had terribly painful periods, clotting, cystic breakouts on my chin and jawline, facial hair up the ying yang. I was using Nature's Way and liked that one alot as well, but switched to this one. It has worked really well for me. I usually take 2 every day but the closer to the time I start PMSing I start going to 3-4 a day. I have low progesterone and had stopped using my progesterone for a while...this is the only thing besides the progesterone that keeps me from having HORRIBLE cystic acne breakouts around time of ovulation. It has completely cleared since I've been using it!!If you are taking this and not seeing much of a difference, if you haven't already, I would suggest having all your hormone levels checked since it could be other things as well.This works great alone and great when everything else is in check. I ordered another bottle yesterday and will continue from now on!

The DIM arrived promptly and is the same product as shown, so thanks for that!After much research and countless doctor visits, I decided to give DIM a try, as my daughter and I both have PCOS and it's ability to reduce estrogen. The reason I chose Source Naturals is because this comes in a tablet form. Which means I was able to cut it into quarters to start slow. What a Godsend that has been! Initially, we started out with one half a tablet, and that was still too much. I say this because of the flu like symptoms that ensued. Which I assume was from Candida die off. To help our liver do it's job more efficiently, we added 500 mg a day of amino acid Taurine made by NOW and it's helping.One word of caution, if you have herpes type one or two, DIM can bring on an outbreak. However, with 2,000 mg a day of the amino acid L-Lysine and 5 days worth of doctor prescribed Acyclovir to get it under control. We still continue to take 500 to 1,000 mg of L-Lysine as a maintenance dose with the DIM. Note, I am not a medical professional, this is simply our experience and does not constitute as medical advice.It's difficult to put into words how much better we feel, this supplement has been nothing short of amazing. The pain from our daughter's ovarian cysts has gone away, PMS reduced drastically, facial and arm hair growth reduced, weight loss, libido increased and the list goes on.
