Excellent product
This is the only omega 3 supplement brand that I will take, after a great deal of research and time. Took for three months and saw fantastic improvements in my triglyceride levels. Highly recommend!

DHA/EPA to improve cholesterol numbers
I bought these for DHA/EPA to improve cholesterol numbers and brain cognition. These Omega-3 supplements also don’t cause a fishy burp, so I’m happy with my purchase. I have only been taking 1 pill, so I just moved up to two a day. So I’ll see how it affects my cognition and cholesterol after a month or so. I’m happy so far!

So far so good.
Smaller gel capsules so easier to swallow. Don’t know yet if it helps to lower my triglycerides. Will know in a couple months. Will continue to buy for now.

questionable quality
EPA and DHA has promising research behind it for improved health. online search EPA and include NIH (National Institute of Health) in the search string. 5-stars for the research. however, 1-star for the product. Rounded out a 3-star rating overall. This product lists a large quantity of EPA. However, my purchase came from an environment where it must have been too hot as many of the capsules adhered to the unit dose packaging and were malformed...quite possibly degrading the caplets. I think a purchase at a local pharmacy is a better bet if you want guaranteed quality control assured. Most meds cannot tolerate temps over 85*F. Following my own advice, I will look elsewhere for my next package
