I take these in the morning with my decaf green tea and drink my BTT 2.0 in the afternoon. I've noticed a significant change in my energy levels; I feel like I'm alive again. Sometimes, even though I'm less than 200 lbs, I take another On-the-go Pak in the late afternoon depending on what I've done during the day or what I have planned to get done the following day. I'm a mid-forties, female, been taking this regimen for 3 months, and thanks to these vitamin/minerals I feel I've gotten my strength, stamina, and energy back. product defective, vitamin capsules discolored and has black spots on them. Amazon did not off the option to return to buyer and youngevity would not take them back. So I am out lots of money. Would not recommend this product.

EFA supplement pills were broken and leaking, the other pills were crumbling and falling apart. Impossible to swallow the supplements without choking. This was a 2 box order and all of the supplements in both boxes were the same. The supplements arrived without any damage to the boxes so this appears to be a quality control problem.
