Simple - but effective
I used this to mount a knife to the Hydros Pro. The accessory plate mounts securely with screws. Then you have to attach sheath to the plate. I used heavy duty zip-ties. Not my favorite attachment method - but will probably work.

Exactly as advertised
Works great for holding dive tools, knives to my BC

Works but my wallet hurts
First off, it works well. Simple and effective design and I feel like the screws bite well without stripping at all. I was able to mount my aqualung dive knife to this with a few modifications to my holster, but it’s on there and I love where it’s at. With that being said, the accessories are super overpriced for what they are especially since ScubaPro increased the prices a while back for both the accessories and the hydros pro itself.

Overpriced and not particularly sturdy
The price for what you get is bananas. I understand that tooling, research and dev cost money, but this is a (flimsy) plastic part with two course threaded hex head stainless (I hope) screws. It feels like one good hangup of whatever you mount to it will snap this thing in half. You're also trusting whatever you put on this thing to two plastic ridges that have less than 1mm of plastic supporting your knife. ScubaPro's BCDs are awesome, it's sad that they have such a poorly built accessory for them.

EXPENSIVE, but Scubapro has you locked in.
Expensive for what it is, but it does the job nicely. Used with cable ties (through the slots already there) to secure a knive to the Hyrdros BC. This fits nicely into the intended holes on the BC and is secure.

What knives does this work with, that doesnt require zip ties?
Overpriced, cheap, likely to break, likely to have stripped screws. Your basically paying for two screwes and two washers and a small cheap bit of plastic that could easily be replaced by a better piece of metal, or you could just cut a piece of wood yourself. The screws are to long and puncture through the back side of the plastic when tightened. It is most definitely a DIY project, that requires lots of zip ties. I spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to zip tie a knife sheath to this in a way i could, MAYBE trust it, and used another $5 in wasted zip ties in trying to figure something out. The end result isn't that great. If it is made to work with a specific brand and model of knife, that should be stated for the product description and even then, it still not a very quality or trustworthy productI will think twice about buying anything by scuba pro. They make SOME good products, this isn't one of them, they know it by now, and they've done nothing about it. So I now question the company's ethics and will always have trust issues with them as a result. Not the reputation you want.

Only needed the two screws and washers
Bought this to mount my BC knife to the BC. I have no idea what the mounting plate would have done to accomplish this, except maybe use it to zip tie my knife to it. The hand screws on my knife were too short and might have interfered with the weight pocket. I was able to use the two mounting screws with plastic washers, that came with the mounting plate, instead. It came out great but I basically paid 19 dollars for two screws and washers. I suggest that anyone who has a similar knife to mine, just go to a hardware store and buy two screws and washers.
