The product was exactly as advertised. Good quality. It worked extremely well - no problems with use. I haven't used the electric pump as the manual pump works well, gives me complete control, and is silent. I was dealing with having partial erections and sometimes not being able to have an erection at all. This gives me full erections (and then some). I've tried Viagra and other medication. The medication was EXPENSIVE and sometimes worked well, and other times didn't do much at all - other than give me various side effects which I hated. The medication also took about 30-60 minutes to work. This product takes just a couple minutes and has zero side effects. Much better than medication. The only thing I don't like is the the ring you wear has a loop on either side to help with removal. I've been thinking about cutting those off - I think I'll try it first with one of the rings I don't use (smaller/larger). I was glad that this product came with many different sizes of rings - this helped to find just the right fit. The device is of good quality and is easy to use. My wife has noticed the difference - that alone was worth the price. It gives me more confidence and helps me enjoy sex a whole lot more. It was difficult for me to finally make this purchase, but I'm glad I did - I only wish I had done it a long time ago. Go for it!

The machine functioned very well. It is a good substitute for the real erection. Nothing works like the real thing. It takes a little practice. and some good common sense.

I achieved an erection on the fourth attempt and have had 100% success on every attempt since. Several reviews have given this pump a 1 star rating. I suspect most 1 star ratings are the result of not knowing how to use the machine. A couple of very important items to do are #1: read the manual and watch the video several times very closely. #2: use a lot of lubricant on all contact points both on your body and the pump. I would recommend having additional lubricant on hand. The tube that comes with the pump won’t last long if you use it correctly!! The bottom line is this....after a week of practice we used the pump. My wife’s reaction was “it was like making love 30 years ago”. WOW!! I couldn’t ask for a better endorsement and without medication! Thank you Encore.

Enter the Encore Vacuum Therapy. For $125 is was worth a chance, since the dortor conslute was $100, and he did not even talk about VED. Well it does work. a fractoin of the cost of injections! Its doesnt work 100% of the time yet, but its like hitting the gym, it takes some working out before the body will to ready all the time. Thus far I am satistied with this product and achiving an erection, which is incresing with each usage, I have not attempted to use the cock rings yet, but in due time. Worth the money compare to other treatments.

This is a quality product. The battery operated pump worked very well. The manual pump was difficult to keep a seal for me. The rings were high quality and good assortment. The cone adapter made ring placement on the tube quick and easy. The body shield helped significantly. The ring ejector sleeve was very smooth and well engineered. One writer wrote that the penis was cold and blue using this method, but I did not find that to be the case at all.

I purchased this on the advice of my surgeon after prostate surgery. In theory, this device works. But steer clear if you have a bit more girth. The tube is too slim to fit a full erection and quickly becomes painful. There are many seals and warnings about this product being a single-user medical device and that there are no returns once opened. Of course, you won't know if it fits until after you've tried it, and if it doesn't you're out of luck! The manufacturer offers a longer tube, but not a wider one. Buyer beware!
