Excellent comfort
I'm 67 and have used orthotic footwear for about 15 years for falling arches and heel pain. I have tried lots of products, some of them very expensive, which has maintained my active and sporting lifestyle. For the price these sandals are excellent value for money. The support for the arch is good and helps prevent pronation. The whole sandal is well cushioned, including the heel area. The velcro strap is efficiently adjustable and is broad enough to hold the foot comfortably in position. I wear these in the house, on the patio and when visiting friends and family. I'm not sure I would wear them in the street but others would not be so squeamish. I wouldn't hesitate buying these again and the only proviso I have is I don't know how well they will wear over time and how long they will last. They seem ok at the moment.Update: I’ve used them daily for 6 months now and they are as good as new. Buying another pair just to store for the future.

Extremely Comfortable! Hubby has fallen arches and he’s delighted with these.
These are fantastic and so very comfortable! We’ve now bought 3 pairs of these!Husband has developed fallen arches and has been in a lot of pain. He has orthotic inserts in his shoes/boots etc which work. However he prefers to wear flip-flops when he’s at home or pottering around, but they had become too uncomfortable. We’ve bought several pairs of different flip-flops/sandals that were supposed to be “orthotics” and designed for fallen arches. However they all failed, as the “instep” part was high enough, but the rest of base was too flat and it meant his foot slid off to the side. Making them uncomfortable and dangerous. These flip-flops however have the appropriate raised instep, but then have a suitably hollowed out base allowing the rear or foot and heel area to be comfortably/safely “nestled into” the base, preventing the foot from sliding sideways! The adjustable Velcro strap allows him to get a lovely secure fit.Highly recommend these. They’re excellent!

Quite comfortable, but colour comes off on your socks
I ordered a pair of these sandals in red as I thought they would match the carpet! They are quite comfortable, but I was wearing white sockets and the red colour comes off on your socks. I had a pair of socks with pink soles! The colour was washed out in the wash, so no harm was done. Of course, you would not notice the dye coming off if you were wearing dark coloured socks. The sandals are made of a soft sponge that is quite comfortable but deforms under your weight if you are a heavy man. If you need orthopaedic sandals because your feet ache, I would order sandals with leather or wood soles in preference to these. Apart from that, these sandals are quite light and comfortable to wear and are suitable for setting in and out of bed at night. They easily slip and off.

Great comfort and support
I bought these sandals to wear indoors as a sufferer with plantar fasciitis. I have been wearing thong type sandals for a while and altho they do give relief from the pain they can only be worn barefoot or with toe socks. These sandals definitely do the job. They are comfortable and if anything give better relief from pain, so I’m delighted with them and can slip them on whatever socks I’m wearing.

Thought I would give them a go
Got these for my husband, usually prefer sketchers, thought I would try them. He says they are comfy, he wears them frequently around the house, so they must be! They do come up big though, so go down a size.
