This tea is the answer to my sleeping pills. I have insomnia not to bad, but some nights I can't go to sleep till 3:00 AM. With a cup of this tea,my problem is solved. I have not used the sleeping pills as of this day. I am great full for every night that I can go to bed and fall a sleep.

Did not have any effect on my getting to sleep....I just have a difficult time so I'm not a good judge...

being the tea lover that I am I was very excited to receive this and made some iced tea as soon as I got it for tasting purposes, not for the relaxing effect of it considering it was the middle of the day- opened it and could not wait to try it as the smell was amazing, can definitely smell the lavender- I would not recommend it iced, it tasted very very herby and that's coming from someone who loves all kinds of teas, my boyfriend tried it and he said I feel like I'm drinking basil water, so not good iced- had a cup at night and it was much better, if you like floral teas you will enjoy this one, definitely soothing, very similar to a lavender tea that's sold at teavana- cloud walking tea is about 1.50 cheaper than the similar infusion teavana offers- it is very strong I used 1 tablespoon for a huge mug- I am definitely curious to trying their other flavors, but I want something that I can have iced tooreceived discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion
