How is this better than the perfect fitness rip deck system? they seem siimilar but the perfect fitness rip deck system is $34.

Although the Iron Chest Master and Perfect Rip Deck look similar that is about where the similarities end. The Iron Chest Master has 3 different levels of resistance that comes from the outside as you squeeze in -- the Rip Deck has no resistance. The center plate on the Iron Chest Master serves a couple of purposes. First, it is a buffer between the handles as you perform the contractions to protect the handles and the ends of the resistance bands. Second, if you wish you can use the Iron Chest Master to work your Rear Delts. • Remove the resistance bands from the ends of the ICM and the handle. • Place the resistance bands in the center plate and then string them through the handle * The bands must go all the way through the handle and there should not be any slack in the bands • The resistance bands will be “stacked” one set in the center plate and to the left. One set in the center plate and to the right. Using the Iron Chest Master like this • Stand up, with soft knees • Grip the Iron Chest Master by the handles • Hold the Iron Chest Master straight out from your body • Pull the handles apart using your Rear Delts We hope this makes sense.

What is the distance between the handles?(middle to middle)

The distance is adjustable underneath the device between three positions for a wide arm push up versus a more narrow push up.
