This is a fairly no-frills shower head for use in RVs, however, it offers one special benefit that we are really thankful for: a pause setting that actually totally stops the flow of water. Many standard RV shower heads have a button that you press to "pause" the flow of water, but in actuality, that setting only reduces the flow of water to an annoying and wasteful trickle, which drove us crazy for years. We took a chance on this shower head, which was less than $20. We're very pleased with the way it works. It has three settings: a general spray, a more concentrated, massage-type setting, and "pause." The pressure is fine, although it seems normal to us, not intense. Not having the water flow on the pause setting is this unit's best feature and makes this product a good value, especially for RVers who are looking to conserve the use of fresh water and the amount of used water going into gray water tanks.

We replaced the factory shower head in our 5 year old camper with this one. It is a huge upgrade! The old shower head would continue to leak water when you turned it off at the top, which caused the water to get cold every time you paused the spray (which we do a lot to save water). This one does not leak at all! It does not let the water get cold when we pause the spray. The switch to pause the spray is very easy to use. This shower head uses less water, however it feels like more water because it provides very good Water pressure. Overall this has made our camper showering experience infinitely better! It was a huge upgrade and very inexpensive!

Major upgrade on my RV bathroom. The old one was in really bad shape... no pressure leaking and simply old. This new shower head is a galactic improvement.. no leaks. Good pressure and allows to stop water flow to conserve hot water... color was also a match to my bathroom looks.

The shower-head works great! I have thick gorgeous hair down to the small of my back and the previous shower-head ran so slow I ran out of hot water before I ever get the shampoo out! This is an awesome replacement to my really slow flowing previous RV shower-head and now I actually get enough pressure to rinse the shampoo and conditioner from my really long hair and I don’t blow through the hot water as fast. Keep the washers from your other shower-head because this one does not come with washers and where you connect the hose on each end will leak without the washers! I gave it four stars because I had to go by the washers. So easy to install with no tools! The pressure on PIH Shower-Head works great! There are three settings on the shower-head; Off, high-pressure massage spray, and let’s say rain shower. *Here’s where RVers have to be aware! I took my shower and like I’ve done a few times I left the shower positioned in the off position on the shower-head but the hot and cold were still on. Stupid, I know! I’m always rushing! I didn’t check it and I assumed I had turned the faucets off. I went out to meet my son and while I was out the city shut off the water for repairs. The water pressure went down and the nozzle you lift up to force your water from the bath to go up to the shower-head dropped when the water pressure dropped, which then made the water run into the tub. That’s fine if you have a city sewer line!! I have an RV and my 40 gallon tank filled with water, then the tub filled, then it overflowed into the bathroom, and started creeping out of the bathroom into one of the floor vents of the RV! There is an overflow on the tank but not when you have water running for seven hours! Yes, I technically destroy the RV and most people would call the insurance company and just have it totaled. I took towels and cleaned all the water from the vents and the floor. My husband went underneath the RV, took off the CoroPlast sheet, sliced through the Darko in EACH & EVERY section of the trailer, removed ALL the fiberglass insulation from underneath, and we’ve been drying it with fans and heaters for the past seven days! We have re-checked and re-checked and there’s nothing wet under there at all! Hooray! We had to buy new CoroPlast sheet tape, new insulation, and it will cost about $100 to repair our 2020 Keystone Springdale Arctic RV! ~I learned a great lesson and we know where everything is on our RV and how to access it now too! *So, never leave the hot and/or cold water on and the showerhead in the off position!! *If there’s a drop in water pressure the knob will drop on the faucet and the water will run and run and run even if the shower head is off! *Anyway, back to the review of the shower-head, buy it, you won’t be disappointed! Watch the video of the spray. (It also has that X plastic regulator piece (see pic) in the hose to slow down the water and if you wanted even more water and pressure you could remove that little plastic piece ‘like we do at home’ BUT you would blow through the hot water in your small RV hot water tank!)) We are going to add instant hot water to the trailer. Happy Trails!

10/10 recommend. I would say the only flaw, I wish it was black to match the rest of my bathroom but otherwise- super thankful for this quick and easy switch! I live full time in my puma 39PQB, the factory shower head barely let any water out and took me a lifetime to get the shampoo (let alone conditioner) out of my hair. This made a world of a difference. Have yet to run out of hot water while showering and can not enjoy my shower rather than a shoulder workout while I attempt to get water through my hair.

Easy to replace your older head. Easy to use the new one.
