Q: Can this go over the scar filler?

Hey there - if you need to cover discoloration and the scar filler does not fully block it out, you can powder UNDER the scar filler. If you use too much powder on top of the scar filler, then it will reveal the edges of the filler. Hope this helps! - Oscar from Dermaflage

Hi - The filler works best if you do not wear any liquid foundation over the top. You can blend your foundation to the edges of the filler.

I would go with fair. Light has more of a pink undertone
