Whole body Thermacare? Yes, please. If you are like me, as soon as you turned 30, your back turned 60 and it was all downhill from there. Though they may seem a little pricey, they stay warm a really long time, warm up super quickly and can provide pain relief any time, any where, without pills. I do wish these came in more sizes, I don't see how they could fit every one but the quality is good, they don't make you smell like a medicine cabinet and they stay put (usually).

The heat pad is great it actually does the job. It helped me with the pain by relaxing my muscles with the heat. The wrap around belt that holds it in place actually stays put no matter what position your body is in or how much you twist and turn. My only criticism is that being a large girl the wrap around belt could be a little longer but otherwise it's very good.

My elderly father uses these for his sore back and hip. The heat helps the muscles relax and hurt less. Because of his age, most heat patches have to be applied to his clothes and not his skin. To treat his back, that means most patches have to be stuck on the back of his shirt or pants. These patches have bands that wrap around the waist so he can easily put them on and take them off by himself. He does not have to worry about sticking them to the correct spot, they can be adjusted side to side by sliding them one way or the other. They don't smell and have not ever fallen off. He is a size 34 waist and they fit well. The heated area is large and covers most of his back. So far all of the patches in the five boxes have worked without any duds.

Works well but can get very hot. Suggest if it gets to hot to loosen or remove.

It really helps. The warmth it helps create gave me some real relief from pain.
