Former Aesthetic Nurse Approves
I used to an Aesthetic Dermatology Registered Nurse, who worked at a medspa/derm clinic. I used to perform the RF frequency skin tightening treatment Thermage on clients (for approx $2k per treatment). (I also preformed Botox, Cool Sculpting, IPL, Laser Facials, Clear and Brilliant, etc).I’m skeptical of home devices when the devices at the clinic are much larger and more expensive. But, since I left nursing I lost my access to all the amazing skin care devices I used to be able to use.I bought this to see if it would work even 1/10th as well as thermage.First off, there aren’t many instructions. When I used to preform skin tightening, I worked on a very small section of skin at a time, and the device for very hot (which was the point to heat up the collagen matrix underneath). With this device I’d compare the highest level to the low/mid setting of thermage. I felt it warm up if I went really really slowly, and stayed in a small area.Simply running the device over your skin without getting it really warm/hot won’t work as well.Instead of using lube/gel, I used lotion. I felt the device put out more heat when I had lots of lotion. Felt like a hot stone massage. With Thermage, my clients would see some results right away, but then had to wait 6 months to do another treatment. After only 1 treatment I see a notice difference on the side I did. I am not doing any treatments on the other side so I can compare and update this review. To have the best comparison I also used lots of lotion and massaged the other side, so hopefully the only variable is the RF, not just one side being moisturized! With my naked eye I see a difference just looking at my wrists and hands in the amount of fine lines and depth of deeper lines. My knees look the same to me. But hey, it was only treatment 1 & I don’t have to wait 6 months to do another treatment.I will do treatment 2 next week!

It really works
The media could not be loaded. I wasn't sure if this would work for me because I have a connective tissue disease that effects my collagen production. Even though I put some high expectations on it, I was surprised to see that it actually works really well. You need to get some gel to use with it to help the electricity conduct through the skin properly. This is a very important step, because if you skip it, it will feel weak. It has several different attachments so you can use it on your entire body, not just your face. It sounds a little scary to be honest. I was afraid that it might hurt, but it actually feels nice. It reminds me of a deep tissue massage. The best part is that the results are cumulative. The longer you use it, the better it works.

Skin feels amazing
The media could not be loaded. I had gone to a local spa and had something similar done that this machine does and the results from then and with this machine are very much similar. While I have only used this machine for about a month, my results from this machine are very much similar to what I saw when I had this done locally with those 1 month results, except this machine cost way less than what I paid locally. I do use this machine every day, if not every other day. I started off at a level 1 because I wasn't sure what it was going to feel like but figured it would be a good place to start. By the 2nd week, I was up the level 2 and now I am getting ready to go to a level 3. I only use this for about 15-20 minutes a day. I use some serum that I purchased separately and found that this helps with gliding the probes alone but I want the full effect of the serum. I go in circular motions too. While I am seeing a lot of my results faster in my face, my neck and chest are slowly looking a lot better than what they used to. I am seeing deep wrinkles plumping up and deep lines disappear. The finer lines and wrinkles are practically non-existent. Great quality machine and am loving my results.

Just like at a medspa
I've had this machine used at a Medspa and this is exactly like it, but unlimited uses for the price of 1 treatment.

Addictive
My new favorite beauty treatment to use while watching tv in bed. I’m going through a lot of gel… going to have to buy it by the gallons as I use this all over my 51 yr old body. Just did my first QWO treatment and I’ve been using this around the injection sites.

Easy to use
This is exactly like what my dermatologist uses on me. I just started using it a few days ago but I am pretty optimistic that this is going to have good results. It’s clearly something that needs to be used consistently over a time period. I am using it on my upper arms. I figure maybe 3 months, minimum, to see a difference. I’ll report back!

It's not very bad . I like the idea how one could use moisturizer and gel with the product.
It has 4 levelBUT THE LEVELS ARE NOT VERY HOT.YOU NEED THIS ITEM TO BE IMPROVED TO THE LEVEL THAT CAN BE USED IN SPASMEANING THE HEAT LEVEL NEEDS TO BE STRONGER.BUT ITS A NICE PIECE OF DEVICE.ONLY IF THE HEAT LEVEL IS HIGH

Good little machine
Good, a longer handle would help with hard to reach places. Better than going to appointments and spending hundreds on the same thing from a place.
