Maybe not top notch but you get what you pay for. Had it for quite some time in daily use, and still holding up.

There's a reason that this is priced quite low:1. the installation of this was quite difficult due to the hosts being so think and close together at the top of the connector. You need to ensure that the hoses/pipes you connect the outlet too are relatively thinner-than-normal otherwise you won't be able to fit them side-by-side for hot/cold supply2. It requires at least 3 hands to install because you need to hold the "ring" at the base of the tap while tightening the nuts together - it's not an easy task to do. I had two maintenance guys who tried to help and they took 1.5 hours to fix it correctly3. The plastic buttons for the shower-pattern and release are quite loose and poor quality; you can easily scratch then with your fingernail or a spoon4. The lever for on/off and temperature change is already very loose after 1 month of use5. The swivel action is not 'tight' and stable - instead you can literally swing it across all directions with the force of a child's hand. It's simply not stableI would recommend this only if you are in an emergency situation and need an immediate replacement. I foresee myself buying another one in less than 2 months; I think it will break very easily.

The little handle was loose from day one and I have to regularly use thread sealing tape to make it do it’s job. The black buttons for changing the mode of water flow don’t work!
