I love to sleep on my side, but I have a failing SI joint so I have a lot of pain in my hips. My PT recommended sleeping with a pillow between my knees because I am a side sleeper. I tried a regular pillow, but it didn't really help. I decided to give this a try and it makes a huge difference. The pain in my hip has reduced with the use of this pillow. It is sized correctly to provide the right angle and spacing for good posture. Good posture reduces or eliminates back pain. I like the washable cover, it is soft and I can keep it fresh and clean.

This thing is hard as a rock. I was not expecting something that had NO softness whatsoever. And, it's a bit narrow, so whether you put it under your knees or under your lower back, it's just a massive fail. Plus, it's shockingly tall. I read the dimensions before reading it, but thought it would have more give, so the height wouldn't be an issue. I was very wrong. I would NOT recommend this product.

So much smaller then I thought it was. The picture makes it look a lot bigger. It's half the size of the picture.
