I tore my hamstring in multiple places: low mid and high. A friend that is a PHysicians Assistant recommended this supplement. I like the (almost) immediate results. I was taking ibuprofen for pain and inflammation but didn’t want to continue more than a week so switched to these and had no problem with pain and or inflammation flare up.

I believe this supplement relieves arthritic pain and have other health benefits. Life Extension was recommended by my radiation oncologist whose wife is an expert in Traditional Chinese Medicine. That is a good recommendation.

Just started taking it so haven't had enough time to rate

I take this (one a day with food) for Multiple Sclerosis related nerve pain and Fibromyalgia. Most curcumins upset my stomach, but this does not. I have only taken this for a short time, along with getting iv steroids for a flare, so I don't know if the curcumin is helping me or the steroids. I am not pain free, so can't give 5 stars yet. But the fact it doesn't make me feel sick to my stomach is a huge win for me. I'm sensitive to everything. My Neuro also practices Functional Medicine, and this is the best one according to her. UPDATE: I'm still taking this Super Bio Curcumin, and find that if I skip a day, I definitely feel my pain coming back. I'm also giving one a day to my Husband who has migraines, and it does help take the edge off his pain. He will take a second one later in the day if his headache is bad.

This is the best Turmeric product I have tried! I take one capsule every morning and I feel great.I have Crohn's disease and this supplement really helped, A LOT.Also, the company that sells this send this right away with a courier and it arrived really fast.I would recommend this to everyone.
