Works great, love that it came with a remote. Not too noisy either. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of shipping (which I understand is not a product issue), but because of lack of packaging, my ac came in dented in quite a few spots. Didn't affect the ac itself, but if I'm buying something brand new, I'd like to at least be the one to dent it 😂.

The media could not be loaded. Great purchase! Initially I couldn’t tell if this automatically turned off because the eco setting doesn’t display until it’s fully on. I like the style and design of the black AC in my room. It was an easy install and I’m happy I bought it!

Purchased this because of the summer heat and I don't regret it at all. It cools down my dining room with ease.

Air conditioner does not cool. It’s very frustrating to find out it doesn’t work after installing it on my window.

I had low expectations based on the price of this air conditioner. I received it on time, but it was very poorly packaged and half the box was caved in. It had one corner bent and the front panel was loose however the main components were fine and I was not about to go through the huge hassle and cost of returning it. Nevertheless I waited for the coolant to settle for 24 hours and plugged this little guy in to see off the compressor would kick in and set the thermostat low. It came on and blew out cold air, but I’ve found it’s a very weak fan and isn’t doing much to cool of a single room several hours later.

I love buying products/ items that you see only in one color. Got a lot of comments on how my ac is black and love that it stands out!Works really well, love the remote for my laziness
