Worked perfectly and provided ample power when we needed it. I got this for a very specific reason and it met my needs with power to spare. My wife has to use a nebulizer for frequent breathing treatments so when we are travelling it meant numerous and frequent stops making our trips much longer. I installed this in our 2014 Chevrolet Equinox in the cargo area I plugged the nebulizer into it and placed it in the passenger side floorboard so now no matter where we are my wife can do her breathing treatments the VirKech Power Inverter provided a stable uninterrupted power source that ran the equipment with ease. Because of the power this supplies we are confident it will also power her Bipap machine if the need ever arises. I like the ability to either plug this into a power port or hard wire it because that gives me options of where I can place it and the Pure Sine Wave power it supplies makes it a safe power supply for a large variety of devices and equipment, This purchase was very quick and easy we received the power inverter very quickly packaged in item specific packaging and in perfect condition.

So far so good we tested it and everything works fine.When we turn our unit on the red light faults for one or two second and then the blue light turns on ready to go I don't know if it should just turn onto a blue light, and not have the red light alarm trigger for one or two seconds ? We wrote the seller hopefully we can have this answered ? Answer: Yes, that's OK. This is the self-test that happens every time the machine is turned on.By Beauty Sun SELLER on August 16, 2017 There is a smart fan on it when the unit is plugged in the fan does not run it only runs when It gets hot we plug the a small fan into it and it ran the fan for a while and the units converter's fan never came on it runs really silent if you put a heavy load on at the fan will come on it's quiet not too noisy. The smart fan on this converter works great, **many other units as soon as you plug them in the fans turns on don't have an instrument to check the sine wave to see how true it is sorry If anything else changes will update the review we tested it with the fan and if you other things and it runs everything small things nothing really big

Started making fan noise about week 2 in - the fam itself is lound but this screeching is a fan going bad, Certainly - I use it about 3 times per week - and other than the fan noise has not let me down. We'll see how long it lasts, as it was not cheap.========Noise appears to be fan noise and is positional - gets pretty loud and sounds/screams like bad bearings, (or no bearings and an angular rub). Still working, but well see how much longer. i have been using it noe multiple times per week for about two hours a time since I bought it several months ago now. I think reduction to 3 stars is necessary due to the likely imminent failure of the fan, then the inevitable overheating that will follow. I have to say otherwise it has been really good, temperrrature control and power output is good and seems clean.

Got this to replace a more expensive inverter that had burned out. it works great. I love the connectors on this one the collars on the wire stay put. to many times when you get an inverter the nuts don't want to stay tight . this inverter does not feel cheap. my last one was expensive and it acted cheap. burned out after just over a year .All we use these for are laptops

Purchased the unit to work with a small battery (18 AH). Unit works great, I was running about 75W and the fan was mostly off, but on the ocassion that it comes one is a bit loud to enjoy sound in the same room as the inverter.

This unit did not work out of the box. It could not power anything greater than 20 watts. I would not recommend it for any use.

Power lights up like it is suppose to work, but no power coming out of the unit, now stuck ice fishing with no converter...... sweet.....

Works exactly as promised.
