Beautiful illustration and such a easy read it shows the way black woken support each other through the theme of their hair. To see black women illustrated this way really fulfils ur heart.

I am so glad I grabbed a copy of this book for my collection. The stories were spot on, haralious and sad all together. I love that everyone can find a character to relate too. I loved the art and even page flagged the pages I loved!

Woahhhh! I loved this book so much.I would recommend this graphic novel to anyone out there. Having textured hair can be hard sometimes, it can feel lonely and exhausting. But it can also feel like a bond you share with people who have the same hair as you. It can feel like a celebration and this is exactly what I felt reading this graphic novel.This novel tells the experience of four women with their hair. It's honest, raw, and surprisingly funny.

What a fantastic way of representing blackness, I wish I had these types of books growing up. So relatable and real. Absolutely adorable!

I loved this graphic novel! It's so cute for black women to read and relate to the content. Some topics are very real in our community and are addressed tastefully. The only bad part is it's short! I needed a Wash Day SERIES!
