Buddha Teas Organic Lemon Balm Tea - OU Kosher, USDA Organic, CCOF Organic, 18 Count (Pack of 6)

I just started drinking this tea. I use it every other night, rotating with Buddha licorice root tea.The flavor is good and it really seems calming and seems to help me get to sleep and sleep through the night.

Nothing to dislike, it’s flavorful and you can reuse for a second cup.

I bought this tea for obvious reasons and it does work as it's supposed to, thus the 5 rating. I do have to say, however, this tea smells! We kept it in the kids' room at first and those poor kids washed every stitch of clothing and bedding for a week, cleaned their entire room and banished the cat. We still couldn't figure out the problem. It was the tea. LOL It's probably not as noticeable regularly, but I bought 6 boxes and that's A LOT of tea. Needless to say, store it in the kitchen or somewhere that's well ventilated and you won't have as many issues with the smell. Drinking it, though, A+ results.
