Excellent Product!! Summer lifesaver!!
We’ve had this pool before and it’s an amazing pool for the money!! It’s big enough for the entire family and you can swim around under the water! The kids live making whirlpools and it definitely gets everyday use!! It’s been a lifesaver in the summer AMC heat!! The filter is subpar and Ive heard of people getting better ones. It works for us as long as you keep your chemicals right and skim the water often!!It’s super easy to set up! Find a FLAT LEVEL part of the yard and lay the pool out on a TARP. Hook up the hoses to the filter and then to the pool...then Get inside of it and kick the sides out to eliminate wrinkles then inflate and begin to fill... as the water fills the bottom we continue to kick the sides out for any remaining wrinkles. There’s will still be some though. As the pool fills keep checking to make sure that it isn’t pooling to one side. If that happens you will need to stop and reposition on a more level area otherwise it will be extra lopsided and can collapse! We only had to replace our first one because somebody or an animal cut the top of mmm the old one!You can’t beat the price for the quality!! It’s almost as big around as an above ground 4ft pool! Seriously this pool blew my mind!!

Great Purchase & Easy Enough Assembly!
This product is excellent! The pool begins to stand as you fill it up with water. My family and I loved it and the pump is great! We even purchased a chlorine tablet dispenser just to be extra cautious... my son was having a ball during the day and my hubby and I had margaritas during the night! The deepest it got to for us was about 3FT - which is great for relaxing and floating... or if you want to sit in the pool and just cool off from the sun- it was great... 3ft is enough for my son to go under the water without being scared...I'm sure it gets taller because the walls seemed as though they would stretch even higher with more water - but we didn't want to be filling the pool all day without enjoying it too... so we hopped in! Great purchase and I would recommend!

Update on leak
Update:A few days after the kids swam in it the pool stopped leaking. I have no idea why but am thankful. The company did offer a refund even though I was past the return date, but I would have had to return the pool. There is no way to dry the pool and get it back in the box so we wouldn’t have done that but the company did offer so that was good. This pool was a great price and is a great size for two kids, and the pump feels powerful, I really like the ease of set up. However, I purchased this over 30 days ago and just put it up now ( live in Wisconsin and wasn't warm enough to set up before). Right away the pool started leaking upon filling, as you can see by the photos it is definitely a hole in the pool. We have cleaned the concrete very good first, then laid down a tarp so I feel confident this is not anything we did to cause the problem. I have emailed the company and amazon requesting a full refund although we are past our return or refund date. I looked on other reviews yesterday and noticing the leak and noticed some were posted after I purchased my pool that other people had the same problem. If I would have seen those reviews before I would not have purchased this item. I am hoping to find the hole and seal it with flex tape if possible and receive a full refund.

Not worth the money - manufacturing defects
My experience with this pool (Summer Waves 15' x 36" Inflatable Pool) has been pretty bad and frustrating since after about 2 weeks or so of setting it up. Right away we noticed 3 punctures on the sides, which we easily patched (using Gorilla waterproof/submersible tape). Then we noticed water was leaking, presumably, from somewhere on the bottom, which we could not see or fix. It wasn't too bad, but we had water coming from somewhere, constantly. But then, the pool started to get lopsided and lose more water. The pictures show the pool when we initially set it up, looking great, then it becoming lopsided and losing water. So we emptied it out, added more padding at the bottom to make sure it covered the entirety of the pool, but after filling it up again, it became lopsided immediately, and continued to lose water. We ended up emptying and refilling the pool 4 times in the last 3 months (at about $80 worth of water each time). When the water gets low and because it gets lopsided, the pump is unable to suck water because the intake is very high on the wall of the pool, so it became impossible to keep the pool water clean and the pump working. After so many attempts to get the pool to "work", we decided to give up. In the 3 months since we set it up, we used it about 5 times because the rest of the weekends were spent emptying it, refilling it, or otherwise unable to enjoy it. I contacted the seller, Kobra Kai to see if I could get a replacement pool, but was told that they did not have any and neither did their supplier. The gentleman who handled my e-mails was very nice, prompt to respond and willing to help but, as he told me, apparently there are a lot of users complaining about these pools and they are having issues with so many requests for refunds on top of the lack of supply. In the end, they offered me a $150 refund if I sent the pool back to them (at my expense). This is all because the 30-day Amazon return window had passed (it takes more than 30 days for all these manufacturing defects to become apparent in a product like this, in my opinion). I was not looking for a refund, I just wanted a working pool, and the expense and effort of packing and shipping such a bulky and heavy item was not worth it, to me, so I am ending up with a useless pool that I will likely throw out in the garbage soon. This might be a one off, where the pool was defective, but it is pretty frustrating when we put so much effort (physical and financial) into trying to get it to work, only to end up stuck with no resolution. I guess Amazon is not always that great to help their customers.Buyer, beware.
