Buyers beware
This lens set has been sold for many years, but complaints by many users spanning years are consistent, the lenses do not stick with glue supplied, and the instructions are thorough but not accurate.ProThe lenses are glass, and good qualitythey will correct vision at depthConsglue is useless and will not cause the lens to adhere despite over 2 DAYS of curing, the glue cures only at the edge of the lens, but areas not exposed to air will remain soft and moveable, so lens do not stick overall, even when a drop of glue is left on glass, its like silicone sealant, its weakly sticky and can easily be pulled or scrapped offlenses that are not completely flat will cause air pockets or voids that can distort visionyou cannot use the supplied glue or Loctite glue to fill the voids, as they become cloudy or also not cureI found a way bond them by trial and error. They will stick permanently with Loctite Glass Glue, dries clear, but the glue only works between two in contact glass surfaces, any gaps, voids, dirt, imperfection between the two lens contact will not stick and leave an air pocket. Wet the reading lens and apply it to the mask where you want them, and note were it sticks; it will stick via capillary action. Note with a Sharpie exactly where those glass to glass connections and voids with air pockets are. Remove, clean and thoroughly dry both lenses and mask. Be precisely sure, were to place the lens. Cover the areas not to be bonded with tape particularly the silicone skirt. Practice putting lens in place until perfect, as Loctite will bond very quickly and cannot be moved. If you need too, practice bonding two pieces of scrap glass. Note were the contact between the mask and reading lens are, you will apply Loctite only to those surfaces. When ready, wear gloves and place the lens. It will bond permanently in seconds, and fixed after 1 hour. Glue on your naked fingers will glue your fingers rapidly. After drying overnight, insure the lens is fixed, then soak the mask in fresh water again overnight in a bucket with plenty of water. Loctite that didn't cure will turn white opaque when exposed to water. Scrape any whitened areas off with a pin, plastic toothpick, or zip tie. I used all three. You must remove any residual uncured Loctite as leftover glue can bond you eyelids or cornea shut, and this is a medical emergency. I place the lens as low on the mask as possible, and in the end a white residue lining the lens will remain but is off focus when viewing through it, and is not visible. I have large air pockets at the center of the reading lens as my lenses are slightly concave, that is exposed to air, I can see through this pocket without issue but the grade is slightly off. To improve readability usually for deco, I flood the mask during a dive with a little water and it fills the voids by capillary action, and makes the lens clearest. I've dove this mask over 10 times without issue and have gotten used to them.

Cut the lens out of the plastic packaging to avoid chipping it
Five stars for the lenses themselves, minus one for packaging that can damage them. These lenses worked. We used just one, for the left eye of my wife's mask. I glued it in with clear silicone aquarium caulk (Loktite Clear Silicone Waterproof Sealant) rather than the glue that came with the lenses. Both choices were on the advice of a local dive shop expert, and she was satisfied with both. I suggest cutting the plastic holder away from the lens with a knife or scissors. The plastic packaging is simple and protective, and it looks like the lens should pop out easily by flexing the plastic. But when I very gently did that, one of the fingers of the plastic packaging that gripped the glass lens popped a flake off the surface of the lens, running in from the edge. This took very little force and happened despite considerable attention and care. The lens was marred but still mostly usable; we saved it as a backup in a spare camera lens filter case and used only the other one, which I extracted from the packaging intact.

Great glass lenses but glue is BAD
Tried these many, many times. All stick failure - crackly look, foggy. Love the concept of the glue tho. Wish the glue was good enough to use. (The no-glue brands that stick on by static or whatever just fall off- maybe after one use, maybe after 20 uses, sooner or later they are gone.) Got a new bottle of glue direct from the company. Went on perfectly, but after one time in the water they permanently fogged up between the lens and the mask glass. Useless. I got a new glasses prescription so ordered them again just so I could get the nice glass lenses so I could super glue them to my mask. Yes, permanent super glue - the kind that says on the superglue label "made for glass". I have spent as much money on trying all the cheater brands as on my mask. My eyes don't change much so when they do I will probably enjoy a new mask anyway.

Lens great, glue not so much
Lens works great, but on a dive where they use warm soapy water as a defog, it came loose. I'm tryin glass super glue now to see if that holds. Love the lens and how it works though.

Clear, all glass construction, but the glue is as everyone indicated... poor
They're real glass (I was expecting plastic) and work well -- when they stay in your mask. Four dives in and I can see one of the lenses beginning to "separate" from the mask glass due to the water soluble glue. That side probably has 2-4 more dives on it before it gets loose. All instructions were followed, and the mask glass was thoroughly cleaned with toothpaste prior to application.*Edit* Only two more dives and the one side had freed up enough to slide when I applied anti-fog. You can see the other is going to give way soon in the photo attached, the glue is being dissolved via normal use/rinsing in water.I'll have to investigate using the dishwasher safe CA glue/Superglue as others have suggested, as they work well otherwise, but 6 dives is nothing if I'm taking them on vacation.

I wanted to up the power on my favorite mask and actually had to chisel the old magnifier ...
I have several of these on my older masks but in a lessor power. I wanted to up the power on my favorite mask and actually had to chisel the old magnifier off with a hammer and chisel. The glue they used was cured with a black light. The new ones used some other type of glue that isn't worth it. I cleaned the lens per directions, put the glue on using the guide and set them to harden for several days. After cleaning the excess glue, I felt they were ready for use-WRONG!! One side lasted two dives and the other lasted for around a dozen before coming loose. They really need to go back to the old glue, which is what I will use when I re-attach these.
