This product is very moisturizing and you may not need the whole “serving”. It does take a little time for my body to absorb it all but I feel refreshed and more comfortable a couple hours following. It’s simple to use and I love the Info it comes with explaining all the health benefits. Some women will use this product for different reasons and I like the multi-purpose options. It’s a great product to have on hang if you suffer from yeast infection. It will not cure but may offer comfort in the meantime.
