I really like the product. Waiting to see how durable it is now that my 6 year old granddaughter has it, so far so good.

I bought this for my 3-year-old granddaughter, I thought I would charge it and have it ready for her birthday party. The instructions consist of a 3 / 5 piece of paper, Which does the not explain how any of it works I tried to figure it out I got it working but there are pieces that make no sense at all that are left over there's also a piece that looks like a ballpoint pen with no mention of it and the 3 / 5 piece of paper. I wrote some things on the board and then try to erase it you have to press so hard to get the ink off it's said if you have a problem then wet the board I did that and then it came off. But I have 3 pieces that make no sense and there's no mention of a Them. on the instructions. I did return this

My Granddaughter loved it! But you may have to buy better markers

I ordered six of these for nieces and nephews for Christmas ages 5-12. I took one out of the package today just to check it out. Here are my thoughts:- Did not come with USB wall plug, I don't know if the description says it didn't come with one, I assumed it would. Spent extra $$ getting each kid a plug because I don't know what they all have or don't have at home.- After removing the protective plastic, I expected a clean, clear "screen" (This is literally a piece of 1/8th inch plexiglass with a light bar glued on top.) My first photo shows little specks on it, those do not wipe or clean off.- My second photo shows two different blue markers on the screen. The left is the blue marker it came with. Those markers are garbage. The blue marker on the right was made with a blue dry erase marker I had at home (Expo brand).I've not decided yet if I'll send them back or not. The kids' dad seems to think it's good enough for their use. With it being the beginning of December, I'm afraid to send them back because I have no idea what else I'd get them instead.

There is no instructions in box I don’t know how this works or if I even have all the parts

It’s very fun but the markers when you use it, do you like like kind of like thin

Markers are not good. They definitely do write but dries very thin and patchy. Out of the 6 markers only 1 is for sure usable and visible. So getting seperate markers would be the only option. And does not come with outlet adapter.
