Dry Top 1216 Medium Duty Tarp, 12x16 Feet, Blue

I simply use this in my backyard to lay a bounce house on. It is one of those Bounce House / water slide bounce houses but it's not 100%professional grade as it is made for residential use by single owner. This mskes the vinyl more vulnerable to rip or tear if not cared for properly. I have fake grass in my backyard aka turf. Below the turf is rubber mulch. To avoid tearing the bounce house I lay this tarp on the ground first. It has worked like a charm time and time again. Thanks to this tarp we have not had one single tear on the bottom of the unit. This is a blue tarp with silver grommet holes going all around the circumference. So it is also very easy to stake into the ground. For the price you can't beat it.

I used this tarp to cover a 13’ x 15’ area on my deck. Very serviceable. Replaced another one last year and it has stood up well through the winter. Constant tension and weather will take its toll but this tarp’s grommets are well secured and the sun/wind don’t seem to have worn at the surface yet. I will buy another this summer.

So far adequate for my needs covering a leaky shed roof. Seems about the same as all of these blue tarps. Has a bonded seam down the middle but so far it's holding up. Had to be careful when pulling it over the shed roof, the flashing a the roof corners wanted to poke holes in it.

I needed a large piece of heavy plastic and I like this color. BUT...This is a no frills economy tarp. It's thinner than those lighter blue ones, but I couldn't tear the sample. It correctly measures 12' x 16'. There's a string beneath the hem, if that means anything.The grommets are 36" apart. I played with the sample and very easily pulled the grommet right out. That does mean something.UPDATE: So I have this tarp on my terrace just over a year. It's held up through heavy rain and winds. The rope still holds and it hasn't discolored. For my purpose it is still a bargain.

i bought this tarp to protect our patio furniture during the winter months. i've used it one winter. it kept the furniture dry. it's not a really high quality tarp. it seems like it would tear fairly easily, and it seems fairly thin, but these are merely perceptions. i have not conducted any scientific tests or comparisons. but i can tell you it kept our stuff dry for one winter, and i play to use it again next winter.

Needed it and it’s worth it

This tarp came very quickly however it has a manufacturer flaw on the edging. We still used it under our tent. It is also on the thin side.

Though the ad says heavy duty in it I do not see it as a heavy duty product, It is OK as is but at a rating of 5 mil it is very thin but usefl for what I wanted it for, THanks,
