no homekit code on switch itself
if you lose the box, be prepared for a world of anger. SAVE YOUR BOX AND LABEL WHAT THAT SWITCH WAS USED FOR. i ordered 24 switches. i had clutter so i threw away the boxes! DON'T! without the homekit code, you won't be able to add it to your homekit. also, even if you save the boxes, if you have 24 switches, you'll have to go through quite a bit of codes unless you labeled the box "kitchen light" and know that code belongs to that switch. why not print the code on the switch?!!! other than that, it works great, but don't ever reset without access to the code.

Works until it doesn’t - no support or customer service
The instructions are not detailed, but if you have some experience with electrical or light switches you should be fine to install this yourself. They work great with Apple HomeKit. Make sure you keep the correct face plates matched with the actual switch because you will need that to add the device to your smart home. One of the switches in the pack stopped working after 2 months of use. I tried to rewire, reboot and reinstall but it’s definitely the switch. Koogeek customer service does not exist. There is no phone number and I never received a response to the numerous emails that I sent. I am surprised that Apple would even list them as a vendor for HomeKit.

East to install and program. Would give 5 stars ...
East to install and program. Would give 5 stars but the switch can not be used with different face plates. I had to sand the switches to get them to fit my standard face plates. Took a few trips to the hardware store to find two gang or single gang faces plates but no luck.

When they work they are great..
Too often they loose connectivity and as I have a standard faceplate as opposed to the single gang that comes in the pack it is a REAL PAIN to reset... So have to go and do the Circuit Breaker from time to time... When they work they are great....!

I will change my review if it gets better. Major problem that you have to be in the house or use apple product and if you do not you are in trouble and make sure your house is grounded otherwise it will not work.
