Seat is comfortable and easy to install.

I utilize a narrow lightweight seat on my regular bikes. For my winter exercise bike however I purchased this. It is perfect and the price is ridiculously low. What I was looking for was a seat that is comfortable in a forward handlebar position and also in a hands-free upright position.

This seat has made riding my Peloton bike way more pleasurable. I don't get that constant ache while riding on that little bitty seat that came with the bike. I would definitely recommend

I got this for the Peloton Bike+. It was relatively easy to install. There were some fiddly bits that took me a minute to figure out. But I was able to install it in about 20 minutes. Hardest part was honestly loosening the bolts of the original seat.I bought the seat because we have had the peloton for almost a year and my husband has ridden it all of 2 times. He said it wasn’t comfortable. I assumed it was the normal discomfort for the sitz bones and told him he would get used to it. But it wasn’t that area. He complained of numbness and pain because of the front part of the seat because of parts only men have. And the numbness would far outlast the ride. We tried padded shorts, repositioning, etc. None of it changed his comfort level.Enter this seat. It has a much wider back and a much shorter nose. The seat is definitely cushier than the factory seat. He sat on it and immediately said it was better. He has done three rides now and is liking it.For me, however, it will take some adjustment. After the first week or so on the Peloton seat, I didn’t experience any discomfort. I rode bikes like the Peloton at the gym for several years before getting the Peloton for home. I have done 2 45-minute rides with this seat. While it is definitely more cushioned, it was not super comfortable for me. If I was positioned back in the seat, the nose was really wide between my legs and slowed down my cadence. If I tilted forward a little, I felt precarious and like I was putting too much weight on the handle bars. For the first time in over a year, I have some soreness in my pelvic region.Since it is a “drastic improvement” for my husband, we will keep the seat and I will adjust. I have a feeling it won’t take that long. If I don’t adjust within a few weeks, I will come back and update. But I wanted to give my full opinion on the seat in case there were others like us who would be sharing the bike with people of the opposite sex.

Super comfy highly recommend for those who hate the original seat

I hate to leave a bad review because it’s a comfortable saddle and it really looks like a Peloton product. It was easy to install and shipped promptly. BUT, I have had it for exactly one month and it cracked and ripped a small hole in the nose. Very disappointing. When I replace it, it will be with a different brand. EDITED: after my initial review, the seller reached out on their own and made this right. And while I understand manufacturing defects can occur, you can shop with confidence this seller will standby their product. Great customer service.

Just recently purchased a Peloton bike and I was immediately put off by the original seat. I wasn’t able to do more than 20 minutes at a time, and in those 20 minutes, I felt like pure torture. It only took me about a week or two to finally start looking into replacing the seat.After a ton of research, I decided to go with this seat from PeloFamily…and I’m SO glad I did! With just the first ride, I was able to double my time. I wasn’t in pain and I wasn’t counting down, wishing the time would go by faster. It was super easy to install and it fit perfectly on my bike. It’s super nice and sturdy and the red stitching looks great with the Peloton.I highly recommend this seat for anyone who is having trouble getting used to their seat. I promise you won’t regret it!

Excellent size and very comfortable

The seat fits easily on a Peloton bike+. It didn’t take too long to install. That said, the tools provided with the seat don’t fit the nuts and bolts - - you need your own little adjustable wrench. Other than that I’m pleased with my purchase as I don’t have to return the bike.
