The leaves I received did not darken the water whatsoever despite overdosing per the packages instructions, and in addition to that none of my shrimp touched it, which is strange if you know shrimp because they’ll eat almost anything... I would avoid this product at all costs it’s truly a waste and I don’t beleive the leaves included are even Indian almond leaves.

My Red Cherry Shrimps stay at the leaves all the time and its great for hiding for the small shimp and other fish. betta fish also likes to hide under it and the betta also makes a bubble nest around itThis is safe to use and the best thing is that there are a LOT of leaves in the pack, I barely used 5 to 7 of them

Love the size of these leaves, they are perfect for Nanos.Mine Is 6.5 Gallons 24x 6.5x 9.5 sizeIf you boil the leaves with some water you can pour the tannins into the water easy and efficiently and still use the leaves in the tank afterwards...I used only half of what came in the package so far. I'll buy again when needed.

Leaves came with unexpected pests!! My fish tank is now infested with small invertebrates. They look like fast moving gray dots. Not sure what they are but they have taken over my tank. I don't know if they harm my fish or my mini ecosystem I've built. Spend a little bit more and avoid this issue.

Shortly after I got these leaves, my shrimp started to die off one by one. Couldn't figure out why. I added some carbon to my filter and the deaths stopped.Pretty sure these are not indian almond, and from all evidence they released some kind of toxin into my tank. Im throwing out the rest of my pack.
