I never used to like electric toothbrushes. Always found them too aggressive, would make my eyes vibrate, the bristles would hurt my gums and any other complaint you've probably hurd from someone. But this one i was pleasantly surprised. The vibration is limited to the head of the brush so your hand isn't vibrating like crazy try to keep your grip. You can change the level of intensity too. The bristles on the brush are so so soft but still manage an amazing clean! My teeth have never felt so clean and yet with such gentle cleaning! I just been for my check up at the dentist and they have said all of my teeth and gums are perfect scores and I have this toothbrush to thank! It's pricey but the best investment ever!

Well I wish I’d bought this years ago! After a trip to the dentist a few months ago, she recommended this toothbrush. Pricey but SO SO worth it! I didn’t realise just how much more effective it would be cleaning my teeth compared to my non electric brush! Not only are my teeth whiter now, they also feel so much cleaner!I like how easy this brush is to use & how it has 3 power options. It’s easy to charge & keep clean and I could never go back to a standard toothbrush now!This was worth every penny ~ it’s an investment that really makes a difference to the health & appearance of my teeth & gums 👌☺️ highly recommended!

Toothbrush did not last even full year, it was a present for my wife, who claims that metal pin to which you attach head became gradually more and more wobbly and now after 10 months device is useless. To stress it - it was never dropped etc., kids do not touch it, they have their own electric toothbrush, we learned hard way in previous Philips models, they clean the best on the market but break immediately when dropped. Also, often break without dropping at all, very fragile devices, I cannot understand how something so faulty can be sold for such high prices. We used many of their models over the years, all of them needed to be repaired or replaced within warranty period, much more often than Braun toothbrushes, which are much more sturdy but clean worse and are more harsh to your teeth. Beware, you used to be able to get refund directly from Amazon, the best option because if you buy new one you would be have new warranty, no longer the case, the only option is to have it repaired by Philips and they usually send you brand new replacement that usually breaks just after warranty expires (in one case it happened just before). Finally, one of the replacements sent to us was actually different colour and cheaper model with less features! It is a shame as these toothbrushes definitely clean you teeth the best on the market but for how long they last, they are very expensive items, Philips, please fix your products as if they lasted long, it would be great product, even with you highly overinflated prices.

I upgraded from the 7900 series and was surprised to see a very big difference. The vibration, charring stand, regular stands and better life are all way better, and of course incomparably better than the Oral-B lawnmower.The only drawback is the travel case - just plain cheap plastic. But i didn't buy this for travel anyways so no real fuss for me.

I had to replace my previous 5 year old Sonicare electric toothbrush, no question about it I was going to get another one. Hopefully this one will last as long as my previous one. Great price in the sales. Easy to use. The blue toon synced app works an shows untouched lots of info but it’s a bit gimmicky for me and I don’t use the app when brushing. I don’t see why I would be taking my phone into the bathroom to brush my teeth. But other than that I like the Sonicare brush a lot. I never have any issues with the dentist a they can always tell when you use something as good quality like a Sonicare brush, compared to a regular brush. Charge time is not an issue for me, comes with a handy travel case too.

This is an excellent toothbrush.I tried Braun but was disappointed with the results.This Toothbrush from Philips is superior in every aspect.

Before this, I’ve never really used an electric toothbrush before. And now, I can’t even imagine going back to standard toothbrushes! It’s really easy to ease, the quality is amazing, and it does a really good cleaning job. The battery could be a bit better and it would be nice to have like an indication that the battery is running low before it powers off. It does however still work a tiny bit after it switches off which is fine. Good value for money!
