This truck was awesome while it worked, but... the motor burned out in 6 days. Thanks to good customer relations people, we received a new motor free of charge, but... this one lasted less than 6 hours and it melted down! (actually the tiny plastic fan on the inside melted and then the motor burned out in a couple of minutes). We asked for a second motor, but were told that we shouldn't have driven the car more than just few minutes at the time (?!?).Conclusion: this is a pretty cool racer, but the stock motor is worthless. If you buy this car, prepare to spend another $60 on a brushless motor that may work better (also according to the seller)Update 08/14/2017: Just received a second replacement motor, with instructions to let it cool off every 10 minutes of use. Again, their customer service is really good, and will try the new motor tonight, with the 10 min. run limit.

I received this remote car and it came without a switch on the car, contacted customer service and they immediately sent me what I needed to fix the problem, customerservice was very helpful and very fast, my grandsons enjoyed running the car and it handled very well and the four-wheel-drive works exceptionally well, very well built remote control car/truck , also Pretty Fast !

The battery would not charge after the first use even though the charging directions were followed. Took it to a local RC store they verified the battery is bad and there is an issue with the steering. The company sent me a new battery and steering servo. I am now happy,

My Feedback:Car arrived and packaging was intact.The car does charge goodThe car does steer to the right and to the left good.The car did work properly for about 2 weeks.My Issues:The car will not move forward nor in reverse.We are not able to trouble shoot the issue.We think the drive motor is defective.We are not happy that the car only worked for 2 weeks.What are our options for a replacement part? The part that would control the car moving forward and reverse.

Sweet when it runs but is always burning up various parts and have to replace them.Oh and it won't be pretty for long it tumbles and rolls a lot

While I cannot say a ton of great stuff for keliwow as for the quality of the cars . I have returned 4 already due to malfunction either right from shipping or 10 minutes into use . What I will give 5 stars to is the people from postage plus that I actually purchased the car from . They are great and have exchanged the cars right away no issues at all . I now have two new cars again and these ones appear to be trouble free . We are happy and would definitely buy from these guys again

Controller was broken apoun arrival

Got this for my son, after waiting a few extra days for it to come (ordered prime) we charged the battery over night and the next day after school we took it out to enjoy. After about 10-15 minutes of play the motor stopped and I figured the battery was dead. We plugged it in to charge. The next day we took it out again and the truck wouldn't run at all. The tires turn but no drive. After looking this truck up on-line I have seen that some people burnt motors after several heavy runs. We did not run it that way. My son used it in our drive way. No hills or bumps. Couple of sharp turns and a roll, but seriously, the motor burnt-out after a single use. Now my son is out $120 he got in total from Christmas to buy himself a truck. I will say he was liking it and was having fun with it that first and only run. Sorry but because it only running once, I have to give it one star.
