Why would you need it on your hand? Isnt that what tje controllers are for?

I can't promise there are many/any apps that are built to support this level of tracking (in fact I don't know of many that really utilize full body tracking well to begin with), but in theory, you can pivot your wrist independently of your forearm. so the wrist straps could but used to isolate a virtual armature to represent the orientation of your forearm while the controllers themselves represent your hand, allowing you to freely bend/cock your wrist in VR. Again, I'm not sure of any app/game that is built to make use of that currently, but in theory that would be the use of a discrete wrist strap. It would make sense in any sort of Martial Arts, or handheld equipment training/simulation apps, I suppose

Does it work with oculus quest?

First of all, this product does not include the tracker pucks themselves. They are sold separately. To the question at hand; they will work with an Oculus Quest, provided that: * you're running tethered to a capable PC * you have the Base Stations (also sold separately) powered and set up * you've performed the calibration gesture that allows the Quest to operate with the trackers.

Is it really worth the money it's not a lot of money but it does work with the Oculus too

First: does it work with Oculus? To that, the answer is yes, provided that: * you've purchased and set up the tracker pucks and Base Stations, which are sold separately * you're running the Quest tethered to your PC * you have performed the calibration gesture that allows the two spaces to operate together As for "is it worth the money" - not many games support full body tracking, like this product allows. VRChat and NeosVR are pretty much the only ones that I know of off the top of my head. Both are enriched by having full body tracking, but it's not an absolute necessity. If you're strapped for cash (and don't have the money to spend on things like the Base Stations, the trackers, and a powerful enough PC) then I'd probably say you might wish to hold off.
