I had a colonoscopy and some other exams to rule out bowel issues. It wasn't until I began taking this (along with estrogen balance) that my stool became solid. All my vitamin and hormone levels were "normal" according to the doctors I spoke with. Being perimenopausal (Age 54) I know now that the problem is hormonal and these vitamins help me a great deal to allow for a more normal digestion process.

Awesome product. Can replace most of ya supplements with just this. Personally I just take this and like flaxseed or fish oil. Super win. I also use the tangerine powder one for my kid. Highly recommend this product
