It took five minutes to put together is very sturdy and works perfectly. Mom loves it.
This was the best table. I could’ve gotten my 90 year-old mother that I take care of because a lot of times she doesn’t have the energy to come out of her bedroom to have lunch or any meal at the table in the kitchen so this is just like a hospital table. It’s got plenty of room for her food and other little things that she uses during the day it’s electric it raises up and down With the touch of a button and she absolutely loves it. I don’t know why I didn’t think of it sooner.

Sturdy and reliable
I'm a stroke survivor and use my table nightly to give me access to my remotes, phone, and paraphernalia. No complaints.

Nice
This table looks very much like what you might see in a hospital room except it has a real furniture quality. The wood looks real and the workmanship is good. The electric feature is by way of a push button on the front of the table. it is easy to reach. My only complaint is that it is heavy. Someone who is sick or disabled may need help if the table needs to be positioned differently. In fairness to the table, I am using it on carpet and that is likely the reason it takes a bit to move it. Either way, I am able to move it by myself. This table would be perfect if it had a slight raised edge around it to keep things from rolling off. I will think of something I can attach or do for that.

Broke quickly
I really liked this table for a few days, then it stopped going up. It still went down, but not up. Useless in less than a week. I hope the replacement is better... will upgrade the review if it is. So far my hopes are not high. Also, the cords are awkward. A notch or hole in the metal would allow much better cord placement. Also an option to have the controller on front or back... because it depends which side of the bed you are on!UPDATE: the replacement works AND has all the improvements i mentioned. Looks like i was sent an old defective model the first time.

Design flaw
Due to the designed position of the vertical support bar on this table, about 8* of the overall length of 30" is forced to be outside of the bed top. This, to my way of thinking, means that 8/30 x 100 = 26.7% of the tabletop is rendered pretty much useless. A standard twin bed measures 38"wide and thus this table, as it is currently designed, will only extend about 22" over the bed or about 58% of the width of the bed (22*100/38 = 58%).Similar calculations for larger mattresses yield even mor dismal resultsA design modification would make this product more useful.

Well built table
This is a well built bed table. Quality of materials and design both very good as is the function. Obviously for the price, this is not a commercial quality bedside table as you would find in a hospital but of personal occasional use at home this one will work nicely. The only draw back is how much of the table top actually hangs over the bed. Though the table top is 30" long only 21" of it hangs over the bed. This is because the main (vertical) support touches the bedframe/mattress preventing the table to slide further under the bed. 21" of table does seem to be enough for most needs.
