The keyboard is ok. Some keys require more pressure than others to engage. I would imagine that the surface mount switches are not aligned correctly. The two mouse buttons at the top of the remote are most notable of this. There is no click to the engagement of the button and much force needs to be applied. The battery life is quite short, usually leading me to keeping the back-lit buttons off to extend life. Still, the battery only last about 2-3 hours with light usage. The back-lighting of the buttons could use some improving. There is not a consistent amount of light across the keys. I don't like that a button needs to be pressed to reacquire wireless connectivity when the keyboard is shut off and then back on. All other wireless USB devices I have used just start working when turned on. This is most annoying with the touch pad; you need to press a keyboard key to activate the wireless connectivity to use the touch pad. I accidentally dropped the remote about 3 feet, onto a carpet, and the unit came apart. One of the stanchions broke and now the keyboard does not stay close. It does still work though. This is the only manufacturer of the mini keyboard that I have used, but it seems to me that the quality of the components and build are not up to par.

I rather like this keyboard. it has a good feel and the buttons give a nice clicky feedback. i especially like the shoulder buttons which serve as you right and left mouse buttons. the touch pad could use some work as it is not as sensitive as i would like even after upping the sensitivity. the colors are vibrant and for the price it is a great keyboard..........except for the cheap battery that comes with the unit. i could barely get a full day out of this thing before i would have to charge it. luckily, i happened to have a bl5b nokia battery handy. the battery life is much improved. the instructions are kind of ridiculous. while i recognize that it is just a keyboard, there are several functions that you will have to figure out for yourself. I would reccommend this keyboard if you are willing to invest in a quality battery for the unit.Update 11-1-17Keyboard has worked fine until today when it slipped from a coffee table and broke a shoulder button. Revising my review down another star for fragility, (it is a pretty short coffee table)

I use this with a Samsung Dex in the bedroom, and it works great. My only gripe is the lack of a scroll wheel; they could've put one on the side of the unit easily enough, and the two-finger-trackpad-drag scrolling method that's offered is hit or miss. Otherwise, though, it's a great product!

says 10' reception... 6 feet away from my xbox and it doesn't work, or ill type and 30second later it will put up what I hit

Great for a Netflix only entertainment center. Only issue I have is with mouse sensitivity, the highest setting isn't high enough. Good purchase for the price.

Great to see in the dark but the battery dies fairly quickly. I use it pretty much everyday and need to charge it at least 2-3 times a day. That can be a bit annoying if you need it right away.
