BRILLIANT READ
This was not my usual genre but I had to give this amazing book 5 stars. This book although harrowing and quite disturbing in parts was a first class read and the author Anna Stuart wrote it in such a way that you felt you were there witnessing the barbaric atrocities along with some heart warming parts that filled you with hope for those poor defenceless people. Highly recommended.

A must read ... we must not forget them
I found this book to be very well written, and it flowed from start to finish with great characters and written with empathy and strength. This book didn't make me cry, and as a mother, I was shocked at that. I don't cry easily to be truthful, but with such an emotive story I was surprised.I suppose it could've been the plain straight way such cruelty was described. But more likely to be me.I believe we should have such literature that tells the stories that came out of auschwitz. This book is wonderful for not having any harsh swear words in it, so would be suitable for older teens to read but with the trigger warnings that would be necessary for such topics. We must not forget them and this book highlights their bravery and suffering. RIPSpoiler alertI was surprised if I am honest that so many survived to be reunited as I am certain that heart breakingly this was not true in most cases. My heart goes out to the hundreds of thousands that died in camp and because of Hitler. We must never forget them.

Sad but true
Found this book a hard read but makes one face the reality of this cruel camp run by the inhumane nazi’s. Highlights the strength these women had. Very well written and hard to put the book down.

Sorrowful read
A horrifying story written beautifully. It's hard to imagine a world with such cruelty, and yet it's marked as true in history. God bless all those who died and survived. Thank you Anna Stuart for writing this book and opening my eyes to the luxuries we have today that are so taken for granted!
