Great car seat. Great color. I had a hard time finding a second base for other car.

This truly is the Mercedes-Benz of all car seats. I prefer this over the Orbit Baby. The color is gorgeous and so chic.... not to mention the comfort in this thing is outstanding. The head support is built in so you don't have to purchase one that isn't going to match like all other car seats, and its adjustable with just the turn of a knob. The ONLY down side to this car seat, which I don't really see as a "down" is that its quite heavier than other brands. BUT, I find that to be a plus, because I think the extra weight will make the seat more secure in the car. After all, car seats are for a car... not just for carrying. I highly recommend!

It's a little bit heavier than i thought it would be, but very safe for my newborn. It fits with my Peg Perego Aria double stroller

- Yes it is sturdy and heavy, but for me, it's nothing compared to my baby :) . Actually, as mom, we get used to lift heavy stuff (even after a (recovered) C-section). By the way, I haven't been that fit for year!!! In addition, I don't think it is recommended to leave baby in the car seat. As my DD was not a car sleeper, most of the time I had to take her off from the car seat, and not the car seat. Whatever, as you will have to switch to a toddler car seat sooner or later, think that at that stage, you will leave the car seat in the car, that's it.- To be honest, not the best model when you just get out of the hospital. For my part, I couldn't find the time and energy to use the car the first days. Whatever, my sister in law made us something to adjust the heat support (kind of a stuffed meshed sock to put around the head).- And I made up my choice for the stroller in which the seat could lay down flat for long period, not the car seat.- The material is really confortable for babies. They don't get hot in it like other customer said it. The material is kind of a "woven" polyester. It is quite breathable. I prefer it by far to the plush kind.- I like the belt pads. They stay at the right place thank to the way they are attached to the car seat.- Entirely washable ;), Love that!! Especially because my baby got motion sick. She is now 1 yo and we're more than ready to switch to a front facing car seat.- To be honest, I paid mine $150 on amazon, a very good deal, the color was just outdated.

I like this carseat overall, but for the extra money spent, the chicco would have been just fine. This carseat is very very heavy. I'm petite so carrying and lifting it with baby is a struggle. Baby also can get hot in it so you have to watch not to get the car to warm in the winter and keep the AC on in the summer.Overall we have had no problems with it. its heavy so I feel it safe. It was easy to install, easy to use. I did end up with a long skinny baby and I think he may grow out of it sooner than the specs say.
