Holy Moley did this do the trick.While my initial intent in purchase was to fix a presumed clogged dishwasher … the application of this snake to a shower/bath drain really did wonders at clearing the problem - and snaking out the culprit.Awesome product, totally recommend.It got way down in there and although pulling it back out felt like I almost created a bigger problem by getting the snake stuck, ultimately a HUGE (pictures included) hairball was removed from the drain.Lastly; the dishwasher turns out needed a new drain pump (also an Amazon purchase) to fix the problem in a few simple steps.Hope this helps*

Every time I use it. For some reason it doesn't work that well. Maybe I got a bad one, or maybe I just don't get how to use it. Even though I have used a larger one before. But to be honest. This item felt kind of cheap and is mainly for hair not any big clogs which I was bummed about. I hope it works better for others.

I had a Bathroom Sink drain that was draining very slowly, I cleaned it out in a matter of minutes. I also had a utility sink drain that was slow, I pulled out a small piece of plastic that must have been in it for quite some time, now both are draining like new.Awesome tools. As other reviewers have pointed out the images show measurements for the snake head that are simply wrong, the snake head is closer to 0.5" than to 0.2", I'm knocking a star off for that alone. That said, it feels like good quality for the price and as long as you double check that your drain can fit the tools (actually use a ruler to see what will fit down there) then I think it's worth the buy.The plastic teeth tools in this pack (I went for the 7 in 1) are longer and sturdier than similar ones I've tried in the past and work *very* well. But PLEASE note that they are still SINGLE USE, I don't care what other reviewers say here about the teeth holding up, these things can still snap in half and then you'll REALLY need a plumber. Just ease it into the drain, jiggle/twist it very gently, then pull it out and toss it. It works and massively reduces the risk of it snapping in comparison to reusing it. I haven't had one of these snap on me, but I also use them only once.

The snake literally broke the moment I insert it into hose and start turning the handle. I had to saw off the hose to get the broke piece out.

My ensuite bathroom sink and tip were slow draining for a long time and both eventually stopped draining at all. I ordered and used this kit and both are now running good as new and I didn’t have to bring apartment maintenance into my space.
