I hope Bartley keeps making this product. Gel stains are very important when working with softwood. I can't buy this stuff locally any more. I guess most woodworkers have forgotten about gel stains since there are none for sale any more around here. I use Bartley gel stains exclusively on softwood trim and other projects around my house.

It is easy to apply, covers really well, does not leave streaks if you buff it, and the color is great.
