Nice design. Decent quality
I originally bought this in the rose color. I wanted something other than black since all my planners are black. I ended up returning the rose one and getting black. The rose was a lower quality in my opinion. It wasn't terrible, but I guess it's because of the sheen. Every nice will notice. The corners were turned down. Not a deal breaker, but the black is much more sleek and has a better feelWhen I first got it, I noticed how thick it is. It is probably close to an inch thick. The pages are thick, as opposed to thin tough paper. It's acceptable. It's also thicker because it's basically a 2 in 1 planner for food and exercise. Most others are one or the other.I really like the design. Keep in mind this is basically one spread per day. One side is nutrition, and the other is exercise routine. This is a 3 month planner. I guess you could extend the planner out longer if you put the days on repeat. I usually eat the same thing for the most part. You may be able to do a week per spread. Something to consider.I like the calorie, protein ,carb pages where you can enter it in for what you eat. There are 9 Notes pages in back... You can use that for recipes, etc. Pen holder and 3 ribbons.I wasn't quite sure about the stickers. They are kind of weird, but I think I can make them useful, depending on your results for the day..I'm excited, and thank you for designing a good journal!

Good journal for logging progress and goals
I like this journal and have modified it's use slightly. It's only 4 months so I will need to grab another one in 2 months but so far, its really been good for me. I log my food everytime I eat and this helps keep my on track of my calorie goals. I log my workout and the information on my iwatch and carry that over every day. I don't do much weight training so I am not logging reps on each machine. I just summarize that information on the left side exercise column. On the right side where you are to log your reps I use as a journal. What I did that day, how I felt, anything in particular that I did different like went to dinner or how I slept the night before in more detail. Goal for the next day such as need to drink more water need to eat more, not hitting my calorie goal for the day etc. Each month closes with your progress so you can look back at the beginning, see your starting point and how much progress you have made. One thing I didn't do but wish I had done was I didn't take my measurements. Be sure that when you start you take measurements. My scale stopped moving but my clothes were fitting better and becoming loose due to muscle building and fat loss.

This has worked out perfectly for me!
I’ve been using this journal for about a month. It has definitely been a big help on my new health journey. As a matter of fact, I think without it, I wouldn’t still be on target like I am. I’ve lost 7 pounds of a 25 pound goal. I would probably still be spinning my wheels if I hadn’t had this book guiding my steps.I studied several styles and decided this one had the best features for me. Being able to keep a running total of my calories and carbs throughout the day, checking off my water throughout the day, totaling my fruits and vegetables for the day, keeping my goal totals in sight at the bottom of each page, to name a few. Filling in the blanks for my sleep, energy and activity has really produced an awareness in me for what affects these things. Adding weight again under “workout results” doesn’t make sense to me… I think more space might be used for “notes” on the exercise page. I appreciate the notes pages in the back. I use them to jot down meal ideas & quick recipes. I appreciate the pages for keeping nutrition stats for specific foods at my fingertips. Some journals already have basic foods printed in a section and that would be fantastic, but at least I have pages to write them in myself, though I could use more space for that. I also appreciate the monthly check in pages for adding an updated photo and one month mark measurements. I did have to set the book aside for a couple days because I was too busy to keep up with it, but I made a couple minor notes on those pages and picked right back up once I got back track.

Not well designed
It is nice quality and well made, but poorly designed. Note fron photo that in row #1, column 1, "reps & weights" is printed, so the user has to write over it.Also, the cardio row is randomly stuck in the middle of the exercises. Maybe I'm just AR, but I find that annoying.
