Great book, especially the chapter on stress and anxiety triggers. It made me look at a few areas of my life I didn't think about before in terms of causing my anxiety. Chapter 6 - '14 effective ways to reduce stress & anxiety' - was also extremely beneficial. 5 stars.

Firstly, I will state I was given this book free under the agreement I would give it an honest review. I suffer from anxiety myself and have high stress levels, so I found it a welcome read. It is hereditary in my family, but by reading this I realised there were a few things I could change to help relieve my stress and anxiety and help me better my everyday life. Exercise is a big one which I'm sure all of us can agree we hate. But I know the benefits more now and will try harder. Meditation has helped me in the past, so I'll focus more on it now after the friendly reminder of its usefulness in this book.All in all, I was quite please with this book, it was written and structured very nicely, but it also helped me understand my anxiety more, and learn to ways of coping with it. Definitely worth the few dollars for anyone wanting a bit of help with their anxiety and stress!
